Open Water Diver Course

When certified, this qualification will allow you to dive anywhere in the world. Positively enjoyed by all the Open Water Course divers, this is definitely an interesting, fun and safe way to learn how to dive. All the necessary skills, theory, training dives and open water dives are conducted in a professional and easy going manner…so you have no worries!!!

Advanced Open Water Diver Course

This course includes all kinds of diving; explore the raptures of the deep, learn how to navigate underwater, experience the mystique of Night Diving, the adventure of Wreck Diving or the exhilaration of Drift Dives. Also study multi-level dive theory and practice, perfect your control with the peak performance buoyancy option or learn the secrets of easy fish identification and about reef ecosystems on the naturalist dive. Choose which dives, how many dives and when you want to do them for complete flexibility.

Rescue Diver Course

A real increase in confidence, awareness and ability is the result of the Rescue Course; arguably PADI's best, this is four intense days of serious fun! Study and practice first aid, CPR, stress control, self-rescue, handling unconscious divers, assisting in and organising rescues then putting it all together in life-like scenarios. Best of all, the entire course puts a really strong emphasis on preventing problems for you and other divers.

Dive Master Training - Includes over 80 dives.

Being responsible for the safety and enjoyment of your customers is no easy task, especially in though conditions, we always pride ourselves on the quality of our Divemaster courses, but places are limited!

In depth theory on dive planning & control, physics, physiology, equipment and non-decompression diving, in the water you'll be assisting instructors on courses, skill, stress, swim and rescue tested. Then you're ready for the real training to begin as you leading, controlling, planning and supervising dives above and below the water! Usually this is structured as a two month course; the first to complete the PADI requirements then the second month is an internship working in the shop; organising dives, day trips, guiding customers, helping students, attending to the equipment considerations and customer services!

So ultimately you complete the course with full training and already experienced working in a busy dive shop and guiding in tough conditions gives you a much higher chance of finding employment within the industry than the average Dive Master! Also we directly employee the best candidates, all the divemaster candidates who work in RTD are ex-divemaster students (obviously we cannot offer jobs to all candidates). A lot of effort is required but the rewards and experience of this course are truly unforgettable and often life changing.
